Steve Brown has provided consulting services to Kensington Investments since 2018. He is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development. His primary responsibilities are the completion of Ascent 1791, a boutique apartment project in Park City, Utah and the ongoing design and development of the Kensington Tower in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Steve has owned Millcreek Consulting and Development since 2001, a full service commercial real estate consulting firm. Steve provided consultation and owner representation to numerous corporate and private projects such as, Park City Municipal Library historic remodel, the Hope Lodge for the American Cancer Society, Salt Lake City, Center of Excellence for USSA, Park City, and Kings Crown, Park City to name a few.
Steve graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and received a Master’s Degree from the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University.
He enjoys a variety of volunteer and outdoor activities from skiing, mountain biking and golf but prefers riding his horses with his wife, children and grandchildren.
