1775 Prospector Ave

1775 Prospector Drive is a 3-story 7,500 square foot commercial building completed in December 2021. The building was designed by Elliott Workgroup and built by R&O Construction. The ground floor space has a storefront ideal for restaurant/retail use. This green project achieved LEED Gold certification, with solar panels, efficient mechanical and electrical systems, and an innovative Cross Laminated Timber system, a first for Utah. Additionally, the project was designed to incorporate walkability and quality work-life balance, with close proximity to free bus transportation and a direct connection to the historic “Rail Trail” system.
