Bellemarc

Completed in 1994, the Bellemarc Building is a two-story Class B office building
acquired by KIC in 2016. The building is 20,742 square feet and features high
ceilings and large windows. Bellemarc has common area conferencing and break
rooms, ample parking, and close proximity to Prospector Square businesses and
amenities. Rooftop solar was installed in the Spring of 2021 as part of KIC’s
commitment to environmentally sustainable operations.
