Yve is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy of Kensington Investment Company’s People and Culture function and overseeing it’s execution. This includes recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development and in ensuring HR strategies are in alignment with KIC’s overall business goals. She works closely with senior management and department leaders to foster a high-performing and positive work environment.
Most recently, Yve was the Direct of HR at Silk Technologies, Inc., which is a company that Kensington invests in. She come to KIC with over 20 years of experience as an HR leader, working with large and small companies like EMC, CVS, and start-ups.
She attended Hamilton College (NY) where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, followed by getting a Master’s Degree from Northeastern University (MA). In 2008, she obtained her HR certification.
Yve loves driving and modifying her Jeep, traveling, and taking walks in her spare time.
