In the same assessment, The Kensington, which opened in 2013, has ranked as the Top Property in Boston six years in a row for its exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction, and is #17 in the entire nation.

The Kensington’s continued success is rooted in the commitment to exceed resident expectations.
