Laura Malagari assumes the role of Asset Manager for the Utah operations team at Kensington Investment Company, ready to exemplify her expertise and dedication at the forefront of our endeavors.
Laura’s journey to KIC began at Chasen Companies, a real estate development firm based in Baltimore. Joining as one of the founding members in 2018, she steadily climbed the ranks to assume the position of Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing various aspects of the business.
Laura pursued her academic endeavors at Towson University, where she pursued her passion and obtained her degree in Mass Communications with a focus in advertising and PR.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Laura finds joy in a variety of activities. With a strong sports background in basketball, lacrosse, and her main focus, soccer, she’s equally passionate about cheering on her favorite teams in the Premier and La Liga leagues. Beyond sports, Laura embraces the outdoors, whether she’s hiking, playing tennis, or finding balance in a Pilates class.
Laura’s upbringing in Maryland was enriched by her close-knit Italian-Irish family, where she is one of seven siblings. While family remains a cornerstone of her life, Laura is excited to embark on this new chapter in Utah alongside KIC and looks forward to building meaningful connections within the company.
