Our foundations
Since 1981, the Lewis family has pledged and donated more than $260 million to over 500 projects across more than 70 countries. This work reflects a long-standing commitment to leadership development, environmental stewardship, social justice, and leveling life’s playing field for young people and underserved communities. Through the Grand Circle Foundation and the Alnoba Lewis Family Foundation, that work continues today across education, clean water and sanitation, conservation, and community initiatives in the places where the family lives, works, and travels.

Alnoba is the Lewis family’s True North, a place rooted in reflection, leadership, and purpose. It brings together leaders, educators, nonprofit organizations, and changemakers from around the world to connect, learn, and take action in service of stronger communities and a more just, sustainable future.
Pinnacle Leadership and Team Development
Pinnacle Leadership and Team Development was created to help individuals and teams grow stronger in how they lead, communicate, and work together. Through immersive experiences and hands-on learning, the program develops leaders grounded in clarity, accountability, courage, and purpose.
