The Kensington #1 for Boston in Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking for Eighth Year in a Row
The Kensington has made the Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking, placing #1 in Boston for the 8th consecutive year for resident satisfaction. Impressively, its ranking rose to #52 out of more than 128,000 properties nationwide.
Each year, J.Turner Research, the leading market research firm exclusively serving the multifamily industry, conducts a ranking of nationwide properties across various online review sites, and assigns an aggregate compilation known as an Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score. Only the top 1% of properties in the nation in terms of online reputation make the elite list. Of the 1,564 properties that made the 2021 list, Kensington’s .97 ORA score earned its position as #52.
