The Kensington #1 for Boston in Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking for Seventh Year in a Row

The Kensington has made the Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking, placing #1 in Boston 7 years in a row for resident satisfaction and #69 out of more than 122,000 properties nationwide.

Each year, J.Turner Research, the leading market research firm exclusively serving the multifamily industry, conducts a ranking of nationwide properties across various online review sites, and assigns an aggregate compilation known as an Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score. Only  the top 1% of properties in the nation in terms of online reputation make the elite list. Of the 1,303 properties that made the 2020 list, Kensington ranked #69 with a .95 ORA score.
